What is it about

Venture Readiness System

The Venture Readiness System stems from research about developing the Management System for Innovation Projects - the evaluation mechanisms for systematic and efficient promotion of technology transfer spin-off projects and technology start-ups.The work is intended to support outstanding scientists and engineers in the commercialization of technology. Providing a digital and process-optimized spin-off system with a focus on technology companies. In our work, we explored the foundations for a system that is based on parameters that are crucial for success of deep tech and healthcare ventures.

Systematic Approach to Drive Success in Healthcare Innovation

How a Framework-Based Approach Can Empower Healthcare Innovators

The healthcare industry stands as a paradox. On one hand, it presents vast opportunities for innovation and impact. On the other hand, it’s a field where early ventures frequently struggle and a lot of them fail. Despite these challenges, healthcare remains an ideal sector for the application of structured frameworks designed to drive success. The Venture Readiness Institute’s system can empower healthcare ventures to increase the success rate.

The Challenges of Early Ventures in Healthcare

Starting a venture in the healthcare industry is fraught with hurdles. Regulatory complexities, high research and development costs, and the need for clinical validation often deter new entrants. Additionally, commercialization strategies including selective contracts are critical components that need careful navigation. Also Consequently, many promising ventures fail to navigate these obstacles, resulting in lost potential and wasted resources.

The Promise of Frameworks Healthcare

While the challenges are significant, they are not impossible to master. Frameworks offer a structured approach to innovation, providing a roadmap that can guide ventures from inception to commercialization. By systematically addressing key parameters in complicated market environments, frameworks can mitigate risks and enhance the likelihood of success.

The Venture Readiness System

The Venture Readiness System, stems from extensive research on managing deep tech innovation projects. It focuses on evaluating and promoting technology transfer spin-offs and technology startups, particularly in deep tech and healthcare. This system supports innovators, scientists, and engineers in the commercialization process through a digital and process-optimized approach.

Key Parameters for Success in Healthcare Ventures

1. Innovation Evaluation: Assessing the novelty and potential impact of the technology.2. Market Validation: Ensuring there is a viable market need and demand.3. Regulatory Pathways: Navigating the complex regulatory landscape effectively.4. Funding and Resources: Securing the necessary financial and infrastructural support.5. Team and Leadership: Building a capable and committed team.6. Scalability: Ensuring the solution can be scaled to meet market demands.

Practical Implementation: Steps to Success

1. Initial Assessment: Conduct a thorough evaluation of the technology and its market potential.2. Framework Application: Apply the Venture Readiness System to understand and structure the development process.3. 7. Use of customer data for direct advertising7.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter
If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory data for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter after you have expressly confirmed that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future by clicking on an appropriate link.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent for the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by your Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. 7.2 Newsletter dispatch via MailChimp
Our email newsletters are sent via the technical service provider The Rocket Science Group, LLC d/b/a MailChimp, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA (http://www.mailchimp.com/), to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO and serves our legitimate interest in using a newsletter system that is effective in advertising, secure and user-friendly. Please note that your data is usually transferred to a MailChimp server in the USA and stored there.
MailChimp uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For the evaluation, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files that are stored on our website. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. With the help of the web beacons, Mailchimp automatically creates general, non-personal statistics about the response behavior to newsletter campaigns. However, based on our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of newsletter campaigns for the optimization of promotional communication and better targeting of recipient interests, the web beacons also collect and utilize data of the respective newsletter recipient (mail address, time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit f DSGVO. This data allows an individual conclusion to be drawn about the newsletter recipient and is processed by Mailchimp for the automated creation of statistics that reveal whether a particular recipient has opened a newsletter message.
If you wish to deactivate the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
MailChimp may also use this data itself in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO on the basis of its own legitimate interest in the needs-based design and optimization of the service, as well as for market research purposes, for example to determine which countries the recipients come from. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.
To protect your data in the USA, we have concluded a data processing agreement ("Data Processing Agreement") with MailChimp based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission to enable the transfer of your personal data to MailChimp. If you are interested, this data processing agreement can be viewed at the following Internet address: https://mailchimp.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/.
You can view the privacy policy of MailChimp here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
